Individual and innovative solutions, excellent quality in performance and results, responsible handling of resources as well as the highest possible working safety and health protection are at the centre of our team’s work. As a result, it was a matter of course for us to introduce a correspondingly integrated management system and have it certified in accordance with the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 3834-2 by TÜV AUSTRIA.
ISO 9001 - Quality management
EN ISO 9001:2015 describes the requirements for a quality management system of an organisation (company) in order to provide high-quality and customer-oriented products and/or services. The essential points are: customer-orientation, the incorporation of all responsibilities within the company and a striving for continual improvement.
ISO 14001 - Environmental management
Industrial environmental protection is an increasingly important concern: EN ISO 14001:2015 describes an environmental management system and, alongside the compliance with all legal aspects, also ensures that constant examination of the operational resources used.
ISO 50001 - Energy management
Energy management systems in accordance with the standard EN ISO 50001:2011 can be integrated within existing management systems and allow companies to make an active contribution to increasing their energy efficiency and assume a clear leadership role in Austria before the introduction of the Austrian Federal Energy Efficiency Act.
OHSAS 18001 - Occupational safety and health protection
The international standard OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health And Safety Assessment Series) specifies criteria for occupational safety measures and health protection. In doing so, the health aspects are correspondingly identified and the health of the workers is promoted by corresponding prevention programmes.
Due to the similar structures and classifications, these standards can be met in an integrated management system.
ISO 3834-2 Fusion welding of metallic materials
The standard EN ISO 3834-2 regulates the comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials and forms the highest level of requirements within the series of standard ISO 3834. The national standard ÖNORM M 7812 (inspection log book) regulates the quality assurance of welding work. The assessment and monitoring of a manufacturing operation in accordance with §14 of the Austrian Boiler Act also concerns the inspection of the production and testing facilities, the professional qualification of the personnel and the organisation of the quality assurance in terms of the Boiler Act and the requirements included within its implementation regulations.
EN1090-1:2009+A1:2011 load-bearing steel components up to EXC 2 in accordance with EN 1090-2 with structural calculation
Certification of the in-house production control (IPC) as a prerequisite for the obligatory CE labelling of load-bearing structures.
